‘4 Oceans’ is a modern complex of high residential and office buildings located in Gdańsk at a distance of only a couple of hundreds metres from the sea. Its four 18-floor buildings are to comprise 540 flats with surface area ranging from 39 to 150m². The entire project covers four towers named after the four oceans: Atlantic, Pacific, Indian and Southern.

Appropriate air parameters in underground garage rooms are guaranteed by MCK indoor units with air capacities of 26200m³/h (200Pa) and 21300m³/h (200Pa) respectively supplied in March 2011 by Klimor.
