C200 Office

C200 Office is a former office building of the Northern Shipyard (Stocznia Północna) in Gdańsk with an area of over 27,000 m². After a remarkable metamorphosis, the modern facility has 17,600 m² of office space and 2,200 m² of warehouse space for lease. For the modernized facility, the Klima-Therm Group delivered 17 MCKS air handling units equipped with Klimor automation, with a total air capacity of 490,000 m³/h. In the office building Fujitsu Airstage VRF comfort air-conditioning systems, consisting of 58 VR-II aggregates with heat recovery and V-III series devices, some of which act as condensing units for Klimor air handling units, were installed. The entire air-conditioning system is controlled by a central air-conditioning panel based on the BacNet protocol.
