The Innovation and Technology Transfer Management Centre is a new facility of the Warsaw University of Technology. It includes, among others: lecture halls, seminar rooms, studios, laboratories, and the so-called open spaces.
In the building there were installed a MCKT suspended AHU and 3 roof MCKS AHUs by Klimor, cooperating with 3 condensing units by Klima-Therm by Clint. In the units with the supply air capacity of 66,100 m3/h and the exhaust air capacity of 56,930 m3/h heat recovery, the rotary heat exchanger was applied. The University of Technology has also been equipped with a chilled water system based on the Klima-Therm by Clint unit. Fujitsu Split and MultiSplit devices were used mainly for air conditioning of technical rooms.
