Panattoni Business Center Łódź II consists of two halls with a total area of almost 33,000 m² and was built in merely 7 months. The multifunctionality of Panattoni's fourth distribution center in Łódź allowed for introduction of various solutions, such as the new organization of the production area, which met the most stringent requirements for the working conditions. This also applies to Hutchinson, which is equipped with a compressed air system and special ventilation to guarantee four air changes. All this was ensured by Klimor that supplied air handling and air conditioning units in standard design with cross-heat recovery and gas modules and a total output of 420 kW.
