The office building with a lease area of approx. 5,000 m², owned by the Maritime Agency Gdynia, was built on the previous warehouse site. The mechanical ventilation system is based on 3 MCKT suspended AHUs with cross-current counter-flow heat recovery and 3 MCKS roof AHUs with cross-flow and rotary exchanger by Klimor. The devices mate with 2 MHA/K type Klima-Term by Cint condensing units. Each floor is equipped with one Fujitsu Airstage VRF V-III air-conditioning system, and more than 100 Fujitsu indoor units have been supplied for the entire building.

There is a Bacnet UTY-ABGX control software used in the project, which enables managing of the air-conditioning system in the entire building and billing the costs of energy consumption for every tenant.
