The Marshall Office of the PodkarpackieProvince is situated in an impressive building that underwent general renovation between 2006 and 2008 and was added one more storey. At the moment the facility has 5 over-ground floors housing numerous office rooms and 112 parking places. There are about 800 civil servants and other employees working in 19 different departments and offices.

In 2010 the Marshall Office made a decision to continue investments and as a result an air conditioning and ventilation system was installed in the building. The installation design included KLIMOR devices. In June 2010 the manufacturer delivered to the facility a supply and exhaust MCK unit with a rotary exchanger with the supply air capacity value of 4280m³/h and the exhaust air capacity value of 4250m³/h, a supply and exhaust MCK unit with a cross-flow exchanger as well as 11 suspended PCKb units.
