SKWER MORENA is a modern Office building located on the moraine hills of Gdańsk. The interesting architecture of the building, modern finish and unique location make it exceptionally attractive.

The usable area of the office building is 5077 m². On its 4 floors there are 23 office rooms with the surface area ranging from 55m² to 322 m² as well as an underground car park for 60 cars. The architecture of the building refers to modern office centres fitting in the character of the district at the same time. The finish design was based on high-quality materials and technologies including glass and stone. In April 2011 KLIMOR delivered a roof type supply and exhaust MCK unit equipped with a cross-flow exchanger with the air capacity values of 10750m³/5 (450Pa) and 8510m³/h (450Pa), a sanitary type MCKH roof type unit also equipped with a heat recovery module on the cross-flow exchanger with the air supply capacity of 6795m³/5 (450Pa) and the exhaust air capacity of 5215m³/h (450Pa) as well as a supply and exhaust suspended unit with the capacity of 3000m³/h and the compression value of 400Pa.
