PPNT Aeropolis Technology Incubator, which is the third part of the complex being a continuation of previously implemented projects, was built in the Podkarpacki Science and Technology Park, near the airport in Jasionka. Stage III of building the Technology Incubator and the Service Centre of the Podkarpacki Science and Technology Park (PPNT) included, among others, the Hall IV with squares, pavements and a car park with a total area of 3,910 m². To ensure a proper comfort of work for the people staying in the facility, Klimor supplied 8 standard MCKS units.

The total air capacity of all the units is: air supply: 51,875 m³/h and air exhaust: 46,700 m³/h. The units are equipped with heat recovery with rotary exchangers and gas heating modules.
