The President of the Medical SPA & Wellness is a comfortable, 4-star hotel located at the very centre of Krynica-Zdroj just at the foot of Parkowa Mountain. The total floor surface of the facility amounts to 6 000m² and covers 66 spacious, air conditioned rooms and suites that can host up to 179 guests. The incredible view offering the panorama of Beskid Sądecki and Jaworzyna Krynicka and Parkowa Mountain in the background constitute an additional asset to the hotel’s offer.

Besides the hotel area the facility also includes service floors such as: a restaurant, a swimming pool and a SPA, a banquet hall and multi-functional conference and training rooms. In November 2007 KLIMOR provided ventilation and air-conditioning units – a specialist MCKB unit designed for swimming pools with a reversible heat pump and a recirculation module with the supplied and exhaust air capacities of 6 440m³/h and 6 360m³/h respectively as well as a suspended supply PCKb unit (600 m³/h1 and 100 m³/h) with the supply capacity of 600m³/h and the exhaust air capacity of 1100m³/h that is used for ventilating the entire kitchen base of the hotel. The devices by KLIMOR met really demanding requirements of the investor concerning the highest possibile air comfort in places where it is especially difficult to achieve i.e. mainly in swimming pools facilities.
