Quattro Business Park Five was built in Krakow in Prądnik Czerwony district at 25 Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue. The total area of this six-storey office building equals nearly 14,000 m². All the office modules are made in the A class standard, with solutions to reduce energy demand. Quatro Business Park Five received BREEAM certification confirming its high standard.

The air comfort in this modern office building is provided by the Klimor ventilation devices. The system includes 3 MCKS AHUs, two of which has been installed in the office rooms of 43,000 m³/hour air capacity, and one was installed in the canteen of 7,250 m³/hour air capacity. Two types of heat recovery modules are used in the AHUs – the cross-flow and rotary heat exchanger.
