GWB

GWB grilles in hygienic design (GWB-G5 type) are designed for installation in the exhaust system of operating rooms. Their function is to capture suspensions of dressing materials (lignin, gauze, etc.) from the removed air.

Design

We divide GWB grilles into:

G1 steel grilles

with horizontal blades with the possibility of changing their inclination angle. Their dimensions range from 75 – 1,225 mm They are used in air exhaust and air supply units in low and medium pressure installations. As a standard, the grilles are made of powder-coated sheet metal in RAL9010 colour.

G2 steel grilles

with horizontal and vertical blades with the possibility of changing their inclination angle. Their dimensions range from 75 – 1,225 mm. They are used in air supply units in low and medium pressure installations. As a standard, the grilles are made of powder-coated sheet metal in RAL9010 colour.

G3 aluminum grilles – Design

with horizontal blades with the possibility of changing their inclination angle. Their dimensions range from 75 – 1,225 mm They are used in air exhaust and air supply units in low and medium pressure installations. As standard, the grilles are made of anodized aluminum in natural colour.

G4 aluminum grilles – Design

with horizontal and vertical blades with the possibility of changing their inclination angle. Their dimensions range from 75 – 1,225 mm They are used in air supply units in low and medium pressure installations. As standard, the grilles are made of anodized aluminum in natural colour.

G5 hygienic grilles – Design

equipped with a perforated stainless steel screen, a mounting frame made of galvanized steel and a grille frame made of anodized aluminum profiles. Their dimensions range from 75 – 1,225 mm

As a standard, the grilles G1 to G4 are fixed with visible screws in the extruded holes in the front frame, and G5 with a push-fit mounting frame. Non-standard grilles can be made.
