HFD diffusers with a highly effective HEPA filter are designed for air supply in air conditioning systems of operating rooms, laboratories and production rooms of a high purity (production of medicines, electronics).
HFD diffusers with a highly effective HEPA filters are designed for air supply in air conditioning systems of operating rooms, laboratories and production rooms of a high purity (production of medicines, electronics). The H13 class HEPA filters used in the units meet the highest requirements in terms of air filtration efficiency. The diffuser with G1 grille is designed for horizontal (wall-mounted) or diagonal ventilation; equipped with an A1 and P1 type anemostat for ceiling ventilation in low rooms; equipped with S1, S2 and S3 type anemostat for ceiling swirl ventilation.
A characteristic feature of the swirl air supply is the high inductance of the supply air stream and intensive mixing with room air. This allows more air to be supplied without causing draughts. In addition, due to this supply air quality, a greater difference between the supply air temperature and room temperature can be accepted.
The diffuser series is adapted to the type and size of absolute filters. Absolute filter diffusers have been designed and manufactured according to the strict requirements of regulations and standards for hospitals and clean rooms. After consultation with a sanitary inspector diffusers with the high efficiency filters can be used to extract air from rooms with a controlled level of pollution.
The diffuser consist of the following main components:
Housing with rectangular or round inlet connection for measuring pressure drop and aerosol concentration
H13 absolute HEPA filter (optional: F9, E11, H14)*
Outlet plane: Air supply grille (G1), four-sided supply air anemostat (A1), swirl anemostat (S1), swirl anemostat with adjustable air blades (S2 and S3), perforated anemostat (P1)
Characteristics of the diffuser in standard design:
Diffusers are normally equipped with connections for pressure drop and aerosol concentration measurement.
