KLIMOR AS A MEMBER OF THE WORLDWIDE ORGANIZATION – EUROVENT ASSOCIATION

We are pleased to inform that KLIMOR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. at the beginning of April 2018 became a member of the world organization, Eurovent Association, thus joining the group of Eurovent Corresponding Member.

This accession will enable KLIMOR to profit from 60 years of the association's experience in working effectively with EU decision-makers on European legislation and standards for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry. Eurovent also opens up the possibility for members to actively participate in the work of working groups of the organization, product groups and special projects related, among others, to the introduction of new regulations, guidelines and requirements for air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, heat recovery units and materials used for components.

"We are pleased that our company has joined the ranks of Eurovent, the European organization, which certainly is an important step forward in the development of KLIMOR brand products, and will also strengthen our presence in the most developing European markets," says Marek Kupiec, President of the Board in KLIMOR and adds: "KLIMOR will want to contribute its many years of experience to the work of the association and have an active influence on all aspects of the ventilation industry in the countries of Central Europe."

Eurovent (Europe’s Industry Association for Indoor Climate (HVAC, Process Cooling and Food Cold Chain Technologies)is the European association of manufacturers of the ventilation, air-conditioning, industrial refrigeration and food sectors, with members in more than 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Eurovent was founded in 1958 and as an international organization it standardizes
technical data in HVAC devices in accordance
with European and international standards. The Association runs a specialized certification
program, which allows users to make
the right choice of device in accordance with the project specificity, and also allows
for the proper estimation of energy consumption costs.
In addition, it monitors and promotes the development of EU legislation and technical
standards and norms.
Eurovent also monitors global trends that may have an impact on the development of the
industry and represents manufacturers on the international forum.
