Housing
In the ceiling cabinets the housing is made of 0.7 mm galvanized steel sheet (option: stainless steel sheet - antimagnetic execution). The housing is lined inside with an insulating mat. There are steering wheels for even air dispersion inside. Outside there are holes for fixing the housing to the deck. In the wall cabinets the housing is made of 0.7 mm galvanized steel sheet with polyester coating in RAL 9010 colour (option: stainless steel sheet - antimagnetic execution). On the back, there are holes to fix the cabinet to the wall.
Adjustment mechanism
A cam mechanism is used to adjust the airflow in the ceiling cabinets. In wall-mounted cabinets the airflow can be adjusted by a damper installed in the cabinet. The mechanism elements are made of plastic, galvanized steel and non-ferrous metals.
Heating unit (electrical cabinets)
The heating elements are finned and two levels of thermal protection are used. The first one is equipped with an automatic reset which prevents the supply air temperature rising above 60˚C; the second one is equipped with manual reset which prevents overheating above 90˚C. Heaters are made of a stainless steel. The cabinet must not be used as a convection heater, if there is no air flow from the AHU.
Air terminal
Anemostat made of galvanized steel sheet with polyester coating in RAL 9010 (standard version) or stainless steel sheet (antimagnetic version).
