NOTICE OF FORMAL MERGER

We are pleased to inform you that on 2 January 2019 a formal merger took place, and KLIMOR Sp. z o. o. has merged with “CLIMA-PRODUKT” Sp. z o.o., BARBOR Sp. z o.o. and QUATROVENT II Sp. z o.o.

Therefore, pursuant to art. 494 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, on the merger date, i.e. 2 January 2019, KLIMOR Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 5, assumed all rights and obligations of each of the Acquired Companies by operation of law.

We hope that the merger will be a significant growth impulse for us and that our clients will benefit from the synergy as soon as possible. The consolidation will allow the organization to strengthen its production potential by increasing the scale of operations as well as accumulating the knowledge and experience of each of the three entities.

For our customers, the fact of connection does not involve any changes in the customer service process, and the contact with our sales representatives remains unchanged.
