With this in mind, the Klima-Therm Group has developed a new Code of Ethics—a document setting forth the principles and standards of conduct that guide the company in its day-to-day operations and in its interactions with its stakeholders: Customers, Business Partners, Suppliers, and Employees. In the updated version of the Code, which has been in effect within the Group since 2018, particular emphasis has been placed on standardizing conduct in the areas of Social and Governance, the principles of which are described in the Klima-Therm Group’s ESG Report (2025).
The Code redefines a common framework for responsible conduct, outlining the organization’s approach to issues such as legal compliance, respect for human rights, ethics in business relations, fair competition, information protection, environmental responsibility, and social engagement. It also clearly defines expectations for partners collaborating with the Klima-Therm Group.
The ethical values and attitudes described in the Code support the building of relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect for the principles of responsible business. The Code of Ethics serves as a common guide for everyone associated with the Klima-Therm Group, helping them make the right decisions and strengthen an organizational culture based on mutual respect.
The publication of the Code of Ethics is one manifestation of the implementation of the Klima-Therm Group’s ESG policy and a confirmation of the organization’s commitment to conducting business in accordance with the highest standards and best practices.
